Cooking classes in Gordes, Provence

Initiation and Tasting
Provençal and creative cuisine cooking classes are presented by our chef to small groups of ten people in the kitchens of the Hostellerie gastronomic restaurant, in one afternoon ended with a gourmet dinner. Great Chefs meet each others at Le Phébus.
The program runs in half a day including a meal of several different preparations according to a theme. Aperitif, selected wines, mineral water and coffee are included. This is a course of two to three hours making proposing and demonstrating recipes.
An oenological complement is proposed by our wine water during the meal.
A summary booklet and a degree are given to each participant after the course.
The dates are: Saturday, May 23, Monday, June 1, Monday, June 8, Monday, June 15, Monday, June 22, Monday, June 29, Monday, September 7, Monday, September 14, Monday, September 28, Monday, October 5, Monday, Oct. 12. and some others on request.
The number of participants is at least 5 people minimum and a maximum of 35 people. The price is € 55 per person for the course only without the meal and € 295 per person with gourmet meal beverage and selected wines.
