Exploring the Phebus
COOKING CLASS BY XAVIER MATHIEU
Courses in Provencal and creative cooking are given by our chef and in small groups of about ten people in the kitchens of the Phébus & Spa***** gastronomic restaurant, for an afternoon with the possibility to end it with a gourmet dinner.
This half-day includes two to three hours of classes offering the preparation and demonstration of recipes as well as a meal including the various preparations made during the afternoon.
An oenological complement is proposed by our Chef Sommelier during the meal.
A summary booklet and a diploma are given to each participant.
The number of participants is a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 35 people. The price is 70.00 € per person for the course only, without the meal and 350.00 € per person with the gastronomic meal (excluding drinks).
